Cancellations  

Retrics Web Solutions Private Limited, We understand that circumstances can change. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill or ship your order, we will promptly inform you via email or text message, explaining the cancellation. You have the flexibility to cancel your order anytime before it commences its journey. To do so, access your account on our website, navigate to the 'Order' section, and choose the appropriate cancellation option. However, once the order has been dispatched, it becomes non-cancellable.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Here’s our policy on order cancellations:    
Fashion Items: Orders for fashion items can be canceled at any time before they are shipped. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by visiting your account order history and selecting the "Cancel Order" option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.   

How to Cancel an Order    

Online: Log in to your account, go to the “Order History” section, select the order you wish to cancel, and click on the “Cancel Order” button.
